Got to see my sis again & my niece Payton...thankfully she was here & completely willing to swim with Maddie today. :) 77 degrees is not quite swimming temp for me. They played & swam for almost an hour. Thank goodness for awesome cousins! :)
Payton was teaching Maddie some cheerleading/tumbling skills on the trampoline... I have a feeling she might want real lessons soon. Hmmm.
So, for any newcomers to my blog, I was diagnosed with a latent tuberculosis infection in April, most like related to my career as a RN. I am on my second drug to try to treat it. This has been ongoing for a while, and my blog helps me let out every crazy idea & thought in my head....and people read it! Lol! And I thought I was the crazy one ;) but it is an amazing outlet & is so addictive. It's like therapy, but free. I can let out every emotion that I am totally unwilling to do in person. And it feels great. And I feel huge amounts of love and understanding from my friends & family. Everyone must have a huge amount of respect and/or pity for my amazing husband after reading all of my crazy thoughts. He puts up with so much & still loves me! I am def a lucky girl.
Speaking of my man... Here is a pic from his fishing trip this weekend...
Nothing like a man bringing home the bacon...or fish...what the hell, it's dinner. :)
I feel I must say...way to go Giants!!! (Sorry sister)
There were a lot of mistakes, but great win! Yay for Peyton's brother! (Maddie's name for Eli, lol)
Allright friends! I've got to root for my sweet friend Donnalee's team, so I need to focus on the game. Go Steelers! Sorry guys, it's football season! I'm up for every excuse to watch a game & pick a winner! :)
Goodnight friends! Sleep tight...don't let the bedbugs bite!
