Day 13 & 102

What a day. This headache pretty much never went away , started from waking up. I've taken every NSAID I have & went out & got peppermint oil. Which I really like...it helped me relax & not feel so bad...for about 15 minutes. I also took a bath with it & the lavender oil that my girl Stef gave me a few months ago. That was nice...but still didn't kill it. 

Nothing has made it go away totally today... I have had some minor relief, but I think it's a little too tough to tackle at this point. 

So I just rubbed more on my temples & the spot on the back of my head where it really hurts. And took a Xanax. And I'm going to bed. That's what I'm hoping for anyway, lol. 

I've got to try to get some rest so I can gear up for my babies at work tomorrow! I am making myself go. What better place to be with a headache that won't go away than a hospital? I can always go down to the ED if it gets too bad.
