Of course it's another headache day... Seems like I keep hearing that it's a big side effect from Rifampin. So that explains it. They really suck but still, it's better than liver failure & permanent peripheral neuropathy, right? :) I'm starting to cope with them better.
And onto a fun day. A day off...and lunch with my bestie :) Love me some creamy jalapeño dip! Then came home to nap... & then swam with the fam before making dinner with mom. That's a pretty awesome day. There are still days where I look around & can say I'm a lucky girl.
I am seriously neglecting my older sister though, we need girl time soon. Sorry sis! I love you!
So, back to the swimming part...for the last week or so we have been seeing a lot of the members of our local 4J bee colony. They really like the left scupper. I couldn't get a good clear pic (cuz the suckers move so dang fast) but here are a couple...
Yea, not very good pics, but there are acting like they want to move in. And only on that one side. Hmmm. I noticed that they really like the wild Texas-sized sunflowers in the backyard. John thinks they may be getting their drink on & getting some food & going back to their hive. I don't know...just don't want them relocating to the scuppers, lol. Obviously they don't bother anyone, Maddie still jumps off from the top of the wall & they just hang out. I just like them better when I can only hear the hive from the backyard. I prefer a distance of at least a few hundred feet. Know anyone who speaks bee? ;)
There is a local beekeeper in Liberty Hill that will come out & set up a hive that they can harvest from...I'm thinking of calling them. More on that later.
